Greensboro - Clarice Clinard (Bryant) Moorefield, age 88 of Greensboro, NC passed away on Thursday March 28, 2019. Clarice was born July 21, 1930 in Guilford County, NC as the youngest of 6 daughters to Bessie and Samuel Roscoe Clinard.
Clarice is survived by her 3 sons; Lee Moorefield and wife Faye, Jeff Moorefield and wife Susan, Matt Moorefield and wife Michelle, 3 step children; Jacqueline O’Keefe, Cathy Walker and John Bryant. Clarice was also grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Clarice was preceded in death by her son Sammy, her father Roscoe, her mother Bessie and her 5 sisters, Rachel, Faye, Mary Ruth, Willie and Frances.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Clarice’s name to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston Salem, NC.
A visitation for Clarice will be held Monday, April 1, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Sechrest Funeral Service of High Point. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM; Rev. Christopher Burcham officiating. Burial will follow service at Floral Garden Memorial Park.
