

As a 2nd Lieutenant in WWII, he flew 33 missions in a B-24 bomber based in England.
He was a sales manager for Penney’s and Dick Culler’s until joining Melrose Hosiery and later forming Morgan-Wagner Sales with brother-in-law Roger Morgan.
He was an avid golfer, tennis player and Mason. He was a Sunday school teacher and choir member at Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
Harry is survived by his wife of seventy two years, Louella Sloop Wagner; daughters Beverly Clemmer and Olivia Gillespie, daughter-in-law Ann Wagner; grandchildren, David Clemmer, Noelle Clemmer Jackson; Amy Wagner Brink, Ray Wagner; Liesl Gillespie Hickey, Katharine Gillespie Wells; great grandchildren Erin and Brandon Clemmer, A.J., Olivia, and Katelin Jackson, Haley and Andrew Brink, Mackenzie, and Annabelle Wagner, Averett, Ray, and Ella Hickey. A son, Harry Ray Wagner and great grandson Harry Ray Wagner III predeceased him.
The funeral service will be on Saturday, February 22, 2014, Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Heathcliff Road, at 2:00 PM, Visitation at 1:00 PM. A full military honors graveside service will follow at Floral Garden Cemetery. Sechrest Funeral Service is handling the funeral arrangements.
The family would like to thank our loving caregivers Michelle Aldrich, Joyce Cecil, Neecy Hagler, Bonnie Little, Holbert Mills, and Louise Suits.
