Mrs. Crump was born July 11, 1935 in Randolph County to Hubert Shelton and Arie Maude Sanders Morgan. She had been a lifelong resident of this area and was a homemaker and of the Quaker Faith. On June 7, 1957 she married Harold Crump who preceded her in death in 2008.
Surviving are her children: Dana Crump of Winston Salem; Page Turbeville of Climax; and Derek Crump and wife Christy of Raleigh. There are three grandchildren: Noah and Gabe Turbeville and Morgan Crump.
Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 am in Sechrest Funeral Chapel on E. Lexington Avenue by the Reverend Melvin B. Anderson. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
