Myra was born in High Point, August 27, 1919, a daughter of the late Percy Marvin Caudle and Eliza White Caudle. She worked with her sister Artis at Gray-Art Flower shop for many years. Myra was an extraordinary caregiver and nanny for numerous family members and friends. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Vallie Cannon, Iris Jones, Tressie Caudle, Faye Hucks and Artis Caudle and two brothers, P.M. and Beverly Caudle. Myra was a member of Rankin Memorial United Methodist Church and she was well known for her sense of humor.
Surviving are a sister in law, Ramona Caudle and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Myra’s Life will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Davis Funerals & Cremations Chapel by the Rev. Keith Edwards. Burial will follow in New Salem Methodist Cemetery in Randleman. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service. Memorials may be directed to Rankin Memorial United Methodist Church.
