She was the daughter of the late Paul Joseph and Wilma Shipwatch Everhart, born on August 25, 1945 in Guilford County. Pat loved working in her garden amongst the beautiful flowers and bird watching was a favorite thing for her to do.
Mrs. Denny leaves behind her husband of almost 50 years, Austin Denny; sons, Gary Dwayne Denny and Darren Gorden Denny, both of Kernersville and Jeffery Denny and wife Misty of Franklinville; step-mother, Josephine Everhart; brother, Don Everhart and wife Linda of High Point; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Sechrest Funeral Service in High Point. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
