High Point – Patricia Jeanene Stanley Richardson, 60, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at High Point Regional Hospital. She was born June 1, 1964, in Charlotte, NC, a daughter of the late Jimmy Dean Stanley Sr. and Barbara Jeanette Stanley.
Patricia spent her entire life working in the customer service field. She was dedicated to helping others, making each person she helped feel special. She loved her daughters and grandkids, spoiling them and making jokes to lighten the mood when things got tough. Patricia also loved to travel, and her favorite vacation spot was the beach. She loved to be outdoors in the sun, hiking, taking long walks with her sisters, or just laying by the pool. After a long day in the sun, she looked forward to coming home and relaxing on the couch watching tv with her husband. Patricia enjoyed making others happy and always knew how to make you feel special. Her world revolved around her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Charlotte Hilton Richardson and Bruce Richardson.
Left to cherish Patricia’s memory are her husband, Jeffrey Scott Richardson; daughters, Holly Leigh Richardson and Heather Richardson Bergsma (Jorrit); grandchildren, Domonic Tye Hilton, Brent Anne Bergsma, and Barbara Jean Bergsma; sisters, Tina Renee Kiger (William) and Lisa Darlene Jones; brothers, Lee Thomas Spencer (Laura Roome) and Jimmy Dean Stanley, Jr. (Jennifer); nieces, Megan Spencer and Jenevieve Stanley; nephews, Corey Spencer, Taylor Stanley, and Stephen Kiger; and great nephews, Owen Spencer and Kaedan Hall.
A memorial service for Patricia will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Sechrest-Davis Funerals and Cremations, 976 PHILLIPS AVE, HIGH POINT, NC 27262.
