Susan Christine Matthews, 54, of Trinity, North Carolina died on March 23, 2026. She was born on October 31, 1971, in Guilford County, North Carolina to the late James and Christine Matthews.

She was born with epilepsy and battled that all of her life. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her sister, Romona Gardner; her brother, James L. Matthews; and her cousin, Donna Harper.

A graveside service will be held at Guilford Memorial Park, 6000 W. Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, North Carolina 27407, on March 31, 2026, from 11:00am.
