Matt was a avid gardener. He loved landscaping and enjoyed being out in nature. He liked photography and riding motorcycles. Matt loved his family. He was always there for his mom and daughter.
He is survived by his daughter Sarah DeWaelsche, his siblings Paul (Lori Babin) DeWaelsche and Jenna (James) Strodtbeck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his best friend Michael Williams.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Highland Church of the Nazarene, 1211 W Livingston Rd. Highland, MI 48357. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am until the time of service.
