Edward Easter

Edward was born January 16, 1935, the son of Stanley and Myra Easter. Edward graduated from Holland High School. He earned an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from GRCC. He also, attended Tri-State College in Angola, IN. Edward worked at Easter Marina, a family owned business. He then worked for S2 Yachts until his retirement in 2007.

Edward was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. He was also, a member of the Elks Lodge, where he was an exhulted ruler. Edward loved to do many things including, gardening, boating, working outdoors, and in his workshop. He was also part of the local bowling league.

Edward had amazing kindness, generous spirit, caring soul, loving heart, and his permanent smile.

Edward is survived by: his wife, Bonnie Easter; children, Debra (Karl) Schoeneweis, Lisa (Dan) Reek, Tiffany (Randy) Bigelow, and Sean Easter (Angela); grandchildren, Bryon, Brandon, Leanne, Megan, Emma, Mckenna, Keegen, Breckin, Colton, and Addison; Sister Lynn Easter; plus 5 great grandchildren.

Edward was preceded in death by: his son, Michael Easter; his parents, Stanley and Myra Easter.

A private celebration of life is planned.
