

She enjoyed her work as an Executive Assistant for Hope College’s Theater Department. Judyth was a primary founder of Ladder Homes, which showed her commitment and special love for those who suffer from mental illness. Her true passion was in writing and she authored a book titled "The Drums Fell Silent but the Voices Still Speak".
Judyth is preceded in death by her parents, Donald J. Thomas and Martha (Morgan) Thomas, and her son, Jon David Miller.
Survivors include her daughter, Rachel Miller of Holland; grandchildren, Jaren and Hasia Miller; siblings, James (Karen) Thomas of Cape Coral, FL, John (Deborah) Thomas of Holland, and Janet (Jerome) Thomas-Kobes of Naples, FL.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Calvary Reformed Church, 995 E. 8th Street, Holland, MI, with a reception to follow.
Visiting hours will be held from 7:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland, MI, and also one hour before the funeral service, from 10:00-11:00am, Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Calvary Reformed Church. Burial will take place at Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
