Polly T. Toy

Polly T. Toy, age 74, of Holland, Ohio died Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born in Taishan, China on April 12, 1940, to Yick and Ngen (Lee) Hong and on February 20, 1965, she married Henry M. Toy. Polly and her husband were active locally with the Asian Resource Center.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Henry Toy; children, Frances (Dennis) Shook, Patrick (Joanne) Toy and Michael (Judy) Toy; grandchildren, Phillip Shook, Mason and Natalie Toy; brother, Wing (Nina) Hong; as well as her sister, Shui Fung (Sui) Choi. Polly was preceded in death by her sister, Suey King Hong

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 3-8 P.M. at Neville Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway in Holland (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Polly’s name to the Asian Resource Center, 7036 Mourning Dove Ct. Toledo, Ohio 43617.
