Anthony C. Gonzalez

Anthony C. Gonzalez of Hollywood, FL was called home to be with Jesus on February 15th, 2016. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL Oct. 19th, 1985, Anthony was the first born son of Ginger Denise and Juan C. Gonzalez. He was raised in South Florida but was happiest when he was traveling. He desired to see as much of God's creation as possible and was blessed to unite two of his passions; dinosaurs and travel, when he joined the crew of "Discover the Dinosaurs" for a year. He loved this time of his life and cherished the unique opportunity he knew God had blessed him with. He settled in Indiana for a short while when he fell in love with Summer and her family, but came back to South Florida to be with his Abuelita, Olga Gonzalez as well as his family and friends as he studied at Miami Dade College. Anthony was a loving and devoted son, grandson, nephew, brother,cousin, boyfriend and friend. He followed Jesus's command to LOVE GOD AND LOVE OTHERS & he did this without prejudice. Anthony always listened intently, advised earnestly and laughed often. He was the shoulder to cry on, the ears to vent to, the wall to bounce ideas off, and the hug when you needed it. He always entered the room with a kiss or a bro-hug and never hung up the phone with out saying "Love You".

For all the lives he touched... this short time was not enough!

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 2:00 - 3:00 at the Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. Anthony's funeral service and Celebration of Life will commence at 3:00 at the funeral home immediately upon the conclusion of visitation.
