Chaz - I've only just found out about this whole thing. I didn't understand why we hadn't gotten together this football season. We always found time to watch a game. You were a good friend and we shared many laughs. I have and will continue to miss you. With a heavy heart, I say farewell, until we meet again; and we will. Bless your Tiffany and family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the Bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away.

Â¡Con estas palabras nos deja ver que tenemos la oportunidad de ver de nuevo a nuestros seres queridos que han fallecido! Juan 5: 28- cito: "No se maravillen de esto, porque viene la hora en que todos los que estÃ¡n en las tumbas conmemorativas oirÃ¡n su voz y saldrÃ¡n....." Growing up in Skokie, hanging out at your parents home on Tamaroa or your grandparents house with you, Rey and I watching movies or talking about sports! Good times man. We were young and the world was our for the taking. Never forget the night we were playing poker at Luis's house and you called us down to the pier, you were fishing, to show us the huge shark you just pulled in! Excitement and joy was what you brought and now you do the same in heaven! Rest in peace brother.

I'm Edgar Asebey's sister, the Orihuela brothers were like our brothers, the Menas were household names growing up in Skokie. I just want to say how sorry I am for your loss. There are no words that I can say to make this pain go away. I pray that God brings you peace and strength to get you through this tragic loss.

What i remember most about Chaz is his contagious smile and laugh. He had a great attitude about things i always knew him to be an honest man, a good husband and a great father.

Although I never got to meet Chaz, Rey's stories about him were legendary. Sending love and prayers to the entire Mena family for your loss.

I only new Chaz casually as a friend but talked to him many times over the last couple of years. He was a good and respectful man that had many friends throughout the community. I know he was ex-law enforcement years ago and thus shared in a big brotherhood with many local police and fire first responders active and retired. He told me he enjoyed his work and the people with Lexus and liked trying to help his customers. Chaz was quite intelligent and loved to laugh and joke around and tell stories among his friends and coworkers, he was a good guy to have around. Even in times when he seemed a bit down, you could ask him how his daughter was doing and Chaz's big smile and eyes would instantly light up his face like a Christmas tree with happiness, pride and love for that little girl. Happy to talk about what they had last done together or recent conversations they shared. He is missed by many and our hearts go out to his family and others that knew him. I hope there is some comfort in knowing that many people liked and cared about Chaz.

I NEVER MET HIM.. BUT HER MOTHER TANIA IS MY COUSIN. WE USE TO LIVE NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER IN CUBA IN TIO SEGUNDO AND EMELINAS HOUSE. I USE TO PLAY WITH TANIA AND EMELINITA ALSO WITH CORALIAS KIDS MORE WITH PABLITO THAT WAS MY AGE.... I HAVE GREAT MEMORIES WITH THEM .CARLOS AND OFELIA WERE ALSO OUR NEIGHBORS. MY MOTHER TETE DELGADO LOVE PANCHO DELGADO LIKE A BROTHER AND HE WAS OUR FAMILY DOCTOR NOT JUST IN CUBA BUT ALSO IN MIAMI.. I REMEMBER CARLOS FATHER HE WAS THE ONE THAT TEACH ME HOW TO PLAY TROMPO IN CUBA I WAS MAYBE 7 OR 8 .

I met Chaz only a few years ago when he brokered our Ft. Lauderdale condo purchase. We know his sister, Jackie, well. Even in such a short time, we found Chaz to be honest, fun-loving and full of life. Up for anything, and always proud to share pictures of his lovely and cherished daughter, Chaz will be fondly remembered and dearly missed. Our wishes go out to his entire family in this time of mourning. May peace be upon you all.

I know your family will surely miss you Chad. You could see how much you loved your daughter. But the memory of you will keep her strong.You were a great Words with Friends partner.
