Chuck, as he was known, was born In Baltimore, MD. He met his wife, Donna Blair in an online game 22 years ago. They married after he moved to East Rutherford, NJ to be with his soulmate.
Chuck is survived by his wife Donna, mother-in-law Mary Kaminsky, sisters-in-law Lori Whelan, Janie Kaminsky and Penny Preli-Kaminsky. Nephews Frank Whelan and Fred Englehardt, along with niece Emily Ropas also mourn his passing. He will be missed by his many friends in the Indianwood community in which he lived for 8 years.

The family of Chuck and Donna wish to extend our sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital for their knowledge and compassion as Chuck fought his battle.
