Chuck is survived by his wife Kathy, his two daughters, Hope and Faith, and 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5pm to 7pm with a Memorial service at 7pm on October 5th, 2023, at Fred Hunter’s Funeral on Taft Street.
