Constance was born May 18, 1963 in Illinois to Harvey and Ruby (Nelson) Deitz.
She is survived by her sons Justin Osceola (Noemi Billie), Chief Billie (Esyra Frank), Nathan Billie and Calvin Bert, 9 grandchildren and friend Linda Brooks.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 - 9:30 am on Friday, January 27, 2017 at First Seminole Baptist Church with funeral services to follow at 9:30am. Burial will take place in the New Seminole Cemetery Hollywood, Florida.
