Diana Larvet Hutchinson

Diana Larvet Hutchinson was born on December 28, 1955, in Summerville, South Carolina to Thelma Hutchinson and Bradford Wright. She was the first child of the three children that were created. Diana graduated from Miami High School and then attended Miami Dade Community College.

Although she did not bear any children from herself, she was a mother feature to her niece, grand nieces, nephews and was a beautiful influence on many.

Diana worked at Miami Dade County – Clerk of Clerks from 1976 until she retired on December 31, 2024. Coming out of retirement she attended a computer course, graduated, then became a volunteer assisting new students. Let’s not forget her frequent travel adventures.

Diana was a classy woman, known to being a fashionista and young at heart. She had a unique sense of humor that attracted both young and the mature alike.

Diana was a dedicated member at Jesus People Ministries Church International where she served on the Hostess and Intercessory Prayer committees.

Diana was a generous soul; if a person had a need she was willing to render assistance (big or small). She gave to many charity organizations (Goodwill, Givel.ify, Samaritan’s Purse, KLove, Feeding America, America Red Cross and March of Dimes).

On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, Diana Larvet Hutchinson went home to be with the Lord. Diana was a very spiritual woman who loved the Lord, who honored him and the comfort of knowing is that she loved him. He loved her and she’s at peace. She’s fallen asleep and she’s lived a very full life.

Diana leaves loving memories in the heart of loved ones. She is survived by:

Niece – Jobernia Wyche-Francis (Nephew-in-Law – Troy Francis), Nephew – Ramon Palmer, Grandnieces – Janell Lightbourne and Annette Francis, Sister-in-Law – Shirley Wright, Aunt – Gertrude Myers, Uncle – Richard Hutinson and hosts of family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Jesus People Ministries, located at 4055 NW 183rd St, Miami Gardens, FL 33055, on January 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

A committal service will follow at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens West, Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024, on the same day, January 24, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 12:45 pm.

Diana resided in Miami, Florida.
