Donald W. Kroll was born in Brooklyn, NY to Ruppert and Johanna Kroll on January 8, 1936. He went to school in Brooklyn. He married Catherine A. Cascio on April 12th, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY. He worked as a Meter Reader for the City of Hollywood for 25 years. He was involved in the Moose Lodge, Mahi Shriners, Grotto, Masonic Lodge, German American Society, Sons of the American Legion, and Tri-Gate Chapter order of Eastern Star. He held the position of Governor for the Moose Lodge twice, Drum Major for the Mahi Oriental Band, and was Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star.
Donald W. Kroll is preceded in death by spouse, Catherine and daughter, Deborah Ann.
Donald W. Kroll is survived by 3 daughters and their spouses Renee and Gary Nehila, Lori and David Methot, Melissa and Archie Glicakis: grandchildren Kevin and Keith Nehila, Tavis and Dylan Methot, Sierra and Niko Glicakis.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 12-2 pm Wednesday November 15th at 6301 Taft Street. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter’s.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
