Mrs. Fai Cheng Chan, 91, of Coral Springs, Florida passed away peacefully on April 3, 2014 at University Hospital and Medical Center under the care of Vitas Innovative Hospice. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Canton, China on November 17, 1922, she was a daughter of Man and Lily Chan.
Visitation on Thursday evening, April 10th from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Steet in Hollywood. Services at the funeral home from 9:30 A.M. ~ 12:30 P.M. on Friday, April 11, 2014 followed by a cremation ceremony.
