Gloria Inés Marcela Reinoso Delboy nació el 20 de abril de 1935 en Lima, Perú. Estudió en el Colegio Santa Ana y a los 14 años conoció al oficial de la Fuerza Aérea Peruana Ricardo Ballester, con quien contraería nupcias en octubre de 1954 y formaría una familia de 7 hijos. Hizo estudios de Educación Inicial y Decoración de Interiores. Fue voluntaria en un Jardín de niños necesitados.
En 1981 la familia se trasladó a los EEUU, donde con su esposo deciden tomar sus propios rumbos tras lo cual se abocó a sus hijos.
Fue una persona de fé y buen espíritu. Amiguera, valiente, coqueta y jovial. Su luz espiritual transmitía felicidad interior.
Gloria Inés Marcela Reinoso Delboy was born on April 20, 1935 in Lima, Peru.
