She was preceded in death by her mother Dolly Lightfoot, her father, Lamar Dickinson, her first husband Patrick Connell, her husband Douglas McLeod, her son-in-law, Dale and her son, Stewart.
She is survived by her sons, Michael and Scott (Joan), her daughter Patricia, her sister, Jean Harris, her grand children, Douglas and Janell and three nieces and nephews. In addition to her family, Hazel loved playing golf, gardening and bird watching.
Those who loved her are invited to gather, Thursday, March 1st. at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida from 4:30 to 6:30pm for viewing followed by a memorial service at 6:30pm.
