Hulsie was born in Trinidad on December 2, 1947, daughter of Herralal and Sumintra (Ramnanan) Ramrooop.
Survived by her beloved four children, Sunita Goonie,Vinod,Satpal and Devraj Maharaj, son-in-law, Raj Goonie, husband of Sunita and daughter-in-law, Lourdes Maharaj, wife of Vinod, loving grandchildren, Pryanka, Surekha and Rajeev Goonie. She was the sister of Chrisna Kenny Ramroop, Dawn Samaroo and Leela Ramroop. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dhanraj "Harry" Maharaj.
Visitation on Saturday, April 6th from 11:00 ~ 1:00 P.M. at the Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Cremation will immediately follow the service.
