Jacob Walter Baker

Jacob Walter Baker Sr, 84 years old, of Davie, FL, passed away on April 5, 2020. Jacob was born in El Dorado, KS on 2/5/1936. He was a proud member of the Armed Services serving in the United States Marine Corps. Jacob was married to his beloved wife Anna Marie on 12/16/2000; they were married 19 years. Jacob worked as an appliance repairman for Mac-Gray and other companies for many years. He enjoyed watching sports on TV, playing cards, and orange sherbet. He also loved the St. Jude Children’s Hospital Charity. Jacob is survived by his beloved wife Anna Marie Baker, his loving daughter Juanita Clark and husband Kelton Sr, his loving sons: Jacob Baker Jr and wife Wanda, William Baker and wife Deborah Lynn, Donald Baker and wife Deborah, John Baker and wife Susan, Robert Baker and wife Sandra and Kenneth Baker. He is also survived by his loving stepdaughters: Darlene Loeb and husband Richard, and Colleen Mallon, and loving stepsons: Billy Mallon and wife Kristy, Bobby Mallon and wife Tina, and Richard Meyer. He is also survived by his loving sisters Phyllis Charvat and Eva Marie Garlick. Jacob is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Jacob is preceded in death by his first wife Mary, his parents Walter and Eva Marie, his sisters, Dorothy Fisher, Patricia Manaserri, and Juanita Stroud, as well as other family members.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
