Bootsie Williams Musto, 71, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025 comfortably in her home surrounded by loving family.
Bootsie was born in the District of Columbia to Edward Cliff and Virginia E. Robinson on October 17, 1953. She graduated West Springfield High School in 1972. In 2000 she worked at the Nininger State Veterans Nursing Home and met Kenneth J. Musto Sr., they were married on August 13, 2015 in Hollywood, FL. Bootsie retired as a Davie Police Service Aide in 2019.
Bootsie is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Cliff and Virginia E Cliff, and her husband Kenneth J. Musto, Sr. She is survived by her stepson Kevin Musto (Katrina) and stepdaughter Amy Musto of Smyrna, DE; as well as her sister Vicki Westmoreland (Henry), niece (Kaelin) and nephew (Henry IV).
She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who were blessed to know and love her. Her light and spirit will continue to be a legacy to treasure and forever be present in our hearts.
