Jay was born Cincinnati, Ohio to William D. Samad Sr. and Virginia C. Zwick Samad on 06/22/1961. He went to school in Ft. Lauderdale. He worked as a Computer Engineer. He was a veteran of the Invasion of Grenada, Code Name Operation Urgent Fury and served in the Navy on the Independence AirCraft Carrier.
Jay is preceded in death by Father William D. Samad Sr., Mother Virginia C. Zwick Samad, Brothers William D. Samad Jr., Mark Samad, and Sister Sandra Samad.
Jay is survived by Brother Michael R. Samad, and Sisters Sue A. Baird and Sharon K. Holland.
