WALL, John Henry, 89, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, went home to be with his Savior and Lord, Monday, September 13, after suffering congestive heart failure. He was born in Lake Worth on January 5, 1921. He lived in Hollywood for 60 years, completing his residency of 4 1/2 years in Ft. Lauderdale. He was a devout Christian who spent much time in prayer, the Bible, and sharing God's love. His desire was to teach his children and grandchildren the importance of knowing and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. He served in the Navy during WWII and retired as an electrician with the D.O.T. John is survived by sons Philip (Gail), Daniel (Kathy) and Joel, 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Friday, Sept. 17, from 6-8 pm and funeral services Saturday at 10 am to celebrate his life. Both will be held at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, 5555 N. Federal Hwy, Ft. Lauderdale.
