He was born in Canarsie, Brooklyn, New York, to Joseph and Antoinette Parisi. Joey attended Canarsie High School before relocating to Florida with his family in 1968. From an early age, he was fascinated by toy cars and real automobiles, sharing this passion with his lifelong best friend, Frankie Aloi (deceased). Joey went on to become a professional auto mechanic—a career that reflected his true passion and served him well throughout his life.
Joey is survived by his girlfriend, Kathy Mulhall (Florida); his sister, Concetta (Connie), and brother-in-law, Louis Lubrano; his niece, Corinne Lubrano, and her fiancé, Brian Wollman; his nephew, Christopher Lubrano, and wife, Alexandra; as well as his great-nephews, Luca, Vincenzo, and Santino Lubrano. All reside in New York City.
Joey will be remembered for his laughter, warmth, and joyful spirit. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
