Kathleen E. Lyons

Missionary Kathleen Lyons, age 62, of Miramar, Florida went peacefully to be with Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior on September 06, 2014 surrounded by her loving daughters. Missionary Kathleen Lyons was born in Manchester, Jamaica on December 15, 1952, daughter of Miriam and Rudolph Teape.

Missionary Kathleen Lyons, accepted Jesus Christ at age 8, she was very active in church by teaching Sunday, praise and worship, prayer meetings, street ministry and singing on the choir. Missionary Lyons was a radiant Christian and a perfect example to her family, friends and church. Kathleen was a dedicated child of God that raises four wonderful daughters in the fair of the Lord. A skillful mother and a homemaker, Kathleen enjoy cooking, reading, praying and encouraging other people.

She left behind her mother Miriam Teape, four daughters, Nadine, Charmaine, StaceyAnn and Camile, her six brothers: Emerd, Winston, Kingsley, Donald, Michael, Paul and her six sisters: Shirley, Dorothy, Gloria, Marcia, Pauline and Patricia. Nieces and Nephews; I know she is resting in the arms of her Father Jesus Christ because she lived the life of a true child of God.

The viewing will be at Fred Hunter Funeral Home on October 3rd from 5-9pm

The funeral will be held on October 4th at 11am at Pentecostal Tabernacle International Church 18415 Northwest 7th Avenue Miami, Florida 33169
