

Kevin Joseph Murphy, 36 of Southwest Ranches, Florida passed away on September 5, 2021. He was born May 13, 1985, in Hollywood, Florida, the son of William H. and Denise (Milu) Murphy, Jr. Kevin has been a life-time Broward County resident. After receiving his High School diploma he went on to complete a 4 year Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship and Training Program, winning several contests along the way and becoming a Certified Welder. He then joined the family Sheet Metal Business becoming a 3rd generation member. There he perfected his welding skills and became an exceptional Welder. He remained an integral part of Magnum Sheet Metal until his passing. When he wasn't working he spent his time off enjoying life and becoming a "Damn Good Fisherman". Some say he could catch a fish in a mud puddle.
Kevin had the biggest heart, he would always be the first to want to help anyone that asked or he felt needed it. He would always be the one his friends would count on and never held a grudge, he was such a forgiving person.
Kevin is survived by his parents Bill and Denise; grandmother Marge Milu; aunt Pam Gangloff; uncles Gregg Milu (Ginny) and Jon Milu (Kristin); cousins, extended family and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael, his grandparents Charles Milu and William and Anne Murphy; and aunt Debbie.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. followed by the Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Fred Hunter's University Drive Home; 2401 S. University Drive; Davie, FL 33324.
