Kevin served in the military branch of the Army during the Vietnam era. He was an avid Red Sox fan and an active golfer who thoroughly enjoyed his last year in sunny and warm South Florida.
Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Jennie Smith (Stukiel). Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Karen Smith (Driscoll) and his siblings Thomas, Deborah and her husband, Stephen, and Allan and his wife, Ellie.
Kevin was the loving Uncle to Matthew, Katherine, Olivia, Brian, and his wife, Keli, Amy, and her husband, Giancarlo, Kayla, Ryan, Justin, Reese, Marley and Pierce.
A memorial service will be held at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, located at 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024, at 12 noon, Thursday, February 23, 2017. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the name of Kevin Thomas Smith to the Wounded Warriors Project.
