Leocadio "Cayin" Gonzalez Perez

Leocadio was born in Lares, Puerto Rico to Gregorio Gonzalez and Maria C. Perez Ramos on February 14, 1932. He went to school at Maria Cadella in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He married Glady’s V. Gonzalez on August 1, 1959 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He was the Owner and Vice President of New Creations Corporation for 50+ years.   

Leocadio is preceded in death by his beloved son Melvin F. Gonzalez; twin brother Jorge Gonzalez; and brothers and sisters Mirta Gonzalez, Nerida Gonzalez, Amado Gonzalez, Gregoria Gonzalez and Lelen Gonzalez. 

Leocadio is survived by his wife Glady’s V. Gonzalez; children Nitza M. Urrutia (Jose) and Maria S. Rodarmel (Sherman); brothers and sisters Maria T. Gonzalez, Benito Gonzalez, Nico Gonzalez, Hinio Gonzalez and Tomas Gonzalez; and grandchildren Matthew C. Gonzalez (Sanja), Chelsea N. Gonzalez, Jose R. Urrutia, Lauren E. Urrutia and Bradford A. Rodarmel.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Thursday October 27th, 2022 Thursday from 6PM - 8PM at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter's Funeral Home.
