Marcus Vandell Billie, 48, of Hollywood passed away Dec. 2, 2015. He is survived by his daughter, Daniela McAllister; grandchildren, Lanay, Emily and Logan; sister, Olivia Billie; brother, Lyle Vandell Billie; along with nieces and nephews including Devon, Auja and Andrew.
