Marie Monica (Soltis) Fischer, 92, of Cooper City, FL, passed away Monday, November 7, 2016 at Holy Cross Hospital Catholic Hospice. She was born January 4, 1924 in Bethlehem, PA to George & Anna (Shigo) Soltis. Marie worked as a secretary for Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 10 years and 25 years as Medical Secretary in Plantation, FL. She was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and the Legion of Mary.
She is survived by her daughter Monica Catherine Scaccianoce and her husband Anthony of Cooper City, FL and sister Terry Maus of Pennsylvania. She is preceded in death by her parents and 7 brothers & sisters.
