
He was born on March 1, 1955 in Peoria, Illinois.
A Memorial service will be held for the family at Fred Hunters in Hollywood, Florida at 11:00 am
on Saturday, April 26, 2014.
He is survived by his Mother, Gladys Wieland Morlock of Hollywood Florida, his Father Jack Gordon Morlock and Step-Mother, Janet Morlock of Peoria Illlinois, his Sister Debra Morlock Bukovi of Hollywood Florida, his Brother Greg Morlock of Charleston, S.Carolina, and two nephews, Aaron and Jon Woods of Hollywood, Florida.
As a child Mark loved the farming environment of Walter and Margaret Wieland.
He embraced their enthusiasm for growing crops and raising swine livestock and spent all free weekends in
the country. If he was not tending the hogs, you found him in Mossville, Illinois as the catcher
for his Little League team.
His favorite vacation place was Minocqua, Wisconsin, boating and fishing with family and
grandparents. He returned there as an adult for family reunions.
Mark attended and graduated from Dunlap High School in 1973.
He was a competetive athlete in basketball and football during his high school years.
He began his career in agriculture Peoria County.
Mark attended school in both Illinois and Texas. He was Dallas Cowboy fan since the age of 10
and returned to Dallas, Texas to work in the automobile industry as an adult in 1978.
He was employed by Champion Ford and later, Trans South Financial of Dallas, Texas as the
Finance Manager for the Ford Motor Credit line. His career was completed as a special Finance Manager
for Pines Pontiac in Pembroke Pines, Florida from 2001 to 2006.
He attended St. Maurice Catholic church in Dania, Florida.
He was retired and living in Florida at the time of his passing.
It is the prayers of family and friends that he at peace with his Lord.
