Michael was a loving husband, father, and friend who will be missed by many.
He was an ordained Baptist deacon. He loved cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, his alma mater and graduated there with his B.S. in Finance, where he met his wife Anne.
When he wasn’t working as a Vice President of Willard Shutters, inc. you could find him working for the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami and Florida High School Athletic Association. His passion for golf was evident and you could catch him on the course with his buddies.
Michael was predeceased by his parents Isaac (I.B.) and Geraldine Woods.
Michael is survived by his wife of 45 years Anne; his two children: Stefanie Woods Seward (James) and Chris Woods (Jimena), his sister in law Cindy Wilson and nephew Joshua Wilson (Rachel) & niece Jamie Stacy (Tyler).
A celebration of life service will be held at Wayside Baptist Church 7701 S.W. 98th street Miami FL 33156 at 2:00 pm on Saturday Nov. 4th.
In leiu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Miami Rescue Mission.
