Norma Bernadine Phillips, 88 of North Miami, FL passed away on December 18, 2015. Norma was a resident of South Florida for the past 23 years coming from New York and Trinidad. She was a member of the West Indian Day Carnival Association (WIABCA) She is survived by her children; Esmond, Marlene, Norman, Janice, Cheryl, and Glenn, seven grandchildren; Tammy, Okang, Kecia, Esan, Jelani, Rashaad and Michella, and her six great grandchildren; Nasir, Derion, Mahalo, Kai, Jaleel, and Kardian. Norma was preceded in death by her parents; Luther and Maude Jones, her husband, Albert, and her brothers; Horace and Hamil Jones.
