

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on June 29th, 1930 to Pressoir and Regina Landrin, Pierre Landrin Sr, 92, was called eternally home on October 8th, 2022 after living a long fruitful life and is now singing with the angels.
He grew up with 6 siblings. In his young adult life, he pursued a business career and completed his college studies at St. Louis de Gonzaque College in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In 1955, he met his then wife -to-be, Jacqueline Paul, and they were married five years later. In 1960, he migrated from Haiti to the U.S. and settled in New York. He worked for Gittler Brothers in Brooklyn selling specialty leather, clothing, and accessories. After 12 years, he and his family relocated to Florida due to the cold weather. In 1973, he began working as an inventory clerk Miami Dade Aviation Maintenance Department. He was soon promoted to supervisor and continued to work at the same location until he retired in 1992. He then partnered with a friend that owned an auto mechanic shop until 1996.
After retirement, he enjoyed spending most of his time taking care of his grandchildren, reading his bible, praying with his son, and going to church. He enjoyed watching mass on television, soccer, wrestling, and boxing. Most importantly, he treasured spending precious time with family and friends.
Pierre was predeceased by his siblings Marie Therese Tassy, Edith Landrin, Joseph Landrin and Yolande Landrin and close cousin Pierre Desdunes.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years of marriage, Jacqueline Landrin, Son, Pierre Landrin Jr, Daughter in law, Maytee Landrin and Grandchildren Armani Landrin and Alondra Landrin, his sisters Jeanine Vaugues and Yvette Paillere, nephews and nieces Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Prosper and family, Mr. and Mrs. Alix Bertrand and family, Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds Tassy and family, Mr. John Robert Tassy and family, Mr. Michel Vaugues , Mr. and Mrs. Marco Di Florio and family, Ms. Marie Carmel Oriol and family, Elvire Jean-Francois and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Coleman and family, Ms. Pascale Wawa and family, Mr. and Mrs. Woodney Dumornay and family, Mr. and Mrs Ralph Paillère and family, Ms. Dayana Landrin, Ms. Karen Landrin, Mr. And Mrs. Daniel Desdunes and family, Mr. Max Desdunes and family, Ms. Marlene Desdunes and family, Mr. John Desdunes and family, Mr. Alex Desdunes and family.
His unfiltered sense of humor and warm heart will be deeply missed by many loved ones and close friends.
