Rita was born in Vandalia, Illinois on July 23, 1925, daughter of Louis and Sophia (Drysdale) Dorman.
She was a retired business owner, operating Rita's Ice Cream Parlor in Clewiston for many years.
Survived by her loving children, Ross Richardson, Patricia Mericle, and Diane (David) Green, seven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Also survived by her brother, Ray Dorman.
Visitation on Monday, July 29th from 10:00 ~ 11:00 A.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Garden Home, 6301 Taft Street in Hollywood. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Monday with entombment following at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
