

Rose Albert Brown passed away peacefully at home after a 5-year battle with cancer surrounded by her family. She was born February 27, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York to Philip and Mary Albert. She was the second oldest of six sisters. She married George Francis Brown on May 9,1948 who preceded her death in 1994.
Rose worked for Hollywood Incorporated for 30 years and became their first woman Executive. When she wasn’t working, she spent her time working for her church Saint Philips Antiochian Orthodox Church. Which she and her husband along with her family and very close friends founded the church. She was the last living founder.
Her life was her church and her family, if you had the privilege of meeting her then you were her family. There were no strangers in her life, she was an example of God’s Love for people. She was a mentor to all those who walked into her life.
Rose is survived by her youngest sister and her husband Diane Albert Arruda and Edward Arruda, her two children Pamela Brown Black and Philip Ray and Lucille (DeStefanis) Brown. Grandson and his wife Christopher and Phoebe (Lara) Brewer. Blended Grandchildren Lisa and David Craig and Michael Espinosa, Christopher and Jennifer Black, Caron and James Davis and Great-Grand Children and blended Great Grand Children Samantha Rose, Danielle Francis Georgie Christina Brewer Jizell and Aiden Riveria, Hailey Craig, RJ Black and Caitlyn and Hunter Davis. And a multitude of Nieces and Nephews, Grand Nieces and Nephews, Great Grand Nieces and Nephews.
