Stephen Hartley Ashmore, 68 of Fort Lauderdale passed away on February 17, 2017. Stephen has been a resident of South Florida for the past 30 years, coming from Michigan. He was a Veteran serving with the United States Army, a Certified Boat Captain, Affiliated with the Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale, FL and a Graduate of Nova University. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Turner Ashmore, his daughter, Amee Austin (Daniel) and his step daughter, Pamela Hinlein (John), and his grandchildren; Roslyn, Oliver and Blake. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents; Stephen and Nora Ashmore and his brother, Rodney Ashmore.
