Vincent Chong, 87, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2019.Vincent is survived by his wife: Blossom; 3 daughters: Valerie, Annette, and Jackie; 3 sons-in-law, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, 1 brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
