Virginia "Tencie" Swearington, 93, of Southwest Ranches passed away October 13, 2020. Tencie has been a resident of South Florida for the past 90 years, coming from Plant City, Florida. She served in the U.S.O. during WWII. She is survived by her husband, Eugene H. Swearingen, her children; Stephen Swearingen, and Laura Hardy, her sisterCarment Barlitt "Connie" Thompson, and her granddaughter, Shannon Hardy. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, her sister "Pinkie" and her grandson, Christopher.
