Wow. I honestly have trouble finding the words...Bill....Nico and I met you 4 years ago at Flashback. Nico spoke to you and from that day forward our lives were forever changed. You are my own father reincarnated.  We’ve had dinner with you every week for 4 years, you always greeted me with flowers and a huge smile. Having you over for the holidays every year was so special. You were Nico’s biggest supporter, always telling him how amazing he was and you believed in him....you helped him believe in himself. You were always my biggest supporter too, constantly telling me what a great mom I am and reminding me to be careful because nursing can kill me. Oh Bill, I just don’t know how we can live without you. Your stories, your smile, your laugh....your daily phone calls. I keep playing your messages over and over just to hear your voice again. I’m sorry I didn’t try to ask about your back pain....maybe I would have gotten a hint that you were in trouble and maybe I could have helped you. I knew in my heart when you weren’t answering my calls that something happened. I’m just sorry we didn’t find out in time to go to your funeral. I promise to keep being the best mom and nurse I can be. I promise that Nico and my mom and I will never forgot you or your kindness. Nico promises to keep trying his best in school and to take care of me like you told him to do. You have changed our lives forever and I am forever grateful for our paths to have crossed. We love you so much Bill and I hope that, while you were here On this Earth, you truly understood just how much you were loved and appreciated. We will meet again someday. 

Bill was such a wonderful man with the best stories! He always had a smile on his face and always shared words of encouragement, he was always so positive and happy, it was infectious.. I will miss seeing his face! RIP bill!

I' I've have known Bill, Sandy and his family the past 42 years, having my business in the  building behind his, our back bay doors facing each other. Bill would always be out there on the fork lift, and I painting sign boards, many after hours and weekends working our businesses.  Our kids grew up in our shops. We shared many conversations.
  He was a self made man, built that business up by himself, he shared his stories how he began, him and Sandy, his wife, so dedicated to the quality of work, quite a unique field, re calibrating aircraft, rebuilding/ selling back.  An ideal family man and American.
  Since the restaurants have been closed where we used to frequent, pass by and engage in conversations, I have not seen him the past few months and so sorry to hear that he has past.  He had so many friends here, everyone loved him, a kind man, always generously  tipping the waitresses, making their day!  Lunches and dinners.  
  He will be missed, but now joining his beloved wife Sandy.

Today my heart breaks again with your departure bill, this is too much for me in a couple of weeks, my Dad was first, my brother second and now you Bill oh lord I can't with all this, Rest in peace William Lowell, I will love and miss you forever you were a man with a gigantic heart thank you for allowing me to be your friend for this long time, you will be  next  to those you missed so much even next to your dog Jack
