William Kallil Shaheen, 86, of Weston Florida, passed away on October 25, 2024 at Memorial Health. Born December 1937, in Randolph Massachusetts, he was the son of the late George Michael and Annie (Hacham) Shaheen. William obtained his education at Thayer Academy, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Mercer University. On October 20, 1963, he wed Lois Ann Schmitt in Miami Florida. William proudly served in the US Navy, was involved in DeMolay, volunteered as an Assistant Boy Scout Leader, and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. William worked as a Pharmacist at Mount Sinai Hospital, St Francis, Super-X, Eckerd Drugs, and Winn Dixie Pharmacy spanning a career of 51 years.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by Marshall Shaheen, John, Shaheen, Sarah Shaheen and Evelyn Shaheen.
William is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lois Ann Shaheen; his son, William J Shaheen; and his daughter, Anne F Shaheen;
Family and friends will gather on Monday, November 18, 2024 for services and burial at Fred Hunters Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood at 1pm.
