Jerry W. Baker

Jerry W. Baker, born February 18, 1956, to Alma Leech and Sherman Baker in Lafollette, TN. Jerry Joined the local Carpenter's Union in Florida from 1980-1992. The same year Jerry opened his own trucking company J.W.Transport. His company transported foliage throughout the United States. He later was employed with Synagro Technologies Inc., where he held a management position until he took ill. He enjoyed fishing, watching westerns, playing with his grandchildren and sharing his love with family.He also enjoyed barbecuing, joking with his son's in law, and all our long unforgettable conversations, last but not least loved listening to his daughter Felicia sing with him. His favorite foods were fried'taters, pinto beans,corn bread,barbecuing, chili dogs, chicken dumpling and his famous oatmeal cookies. He is leaving behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, loyalty, forgiveness and above all love. W.W.J.D.what would Jesus DO.
