Cathy Lynn Garrison Scarbrough, age 60, of Remlap, Alabama passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022. Cathy was born July 3, 1962 in Birmingham AL. Cathy was a graduate of Berry High School. She was a full of life beloved mother, sister, grandmother (Kit-Cat), friend and a momma to many.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents James Garrison and Marie Antoinette "Ann" Garrison Elliott and by her husband Leonard Scarborough. She is survived by her sister Deborah Robertson (Terry), daughter Ashley Roebuck, grandson Colin Roebuck, and very close friends Karol O'Neill Cantrell (twister), Debbie Swanger, and Pam Nix Dodd.
A celebration of life for Cathy will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ridout's Valley Chapel, 1800 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM at Elmwood Cemetery & Mausoleum, 600 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Birmingham, AL 35211.
