Joyce retired from the Jefferson County Juvenile Court as a probation officer and was a member of Highlands Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years Ebbie Jones, children: Lee Windham, Kay (Tom) Draper, Mike (Alesia)) Windham, Ed Jones, Cylle (Roth) Rowell, Johnny (Meghan) Jones, and Georgeanne Jones. Also left to treasure her memory are her 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
