Regina was preceded in death by her parents: Allen Hardman and Gladys Mae Bailey Phillips; 2 sons Allen Smith and Richard Smith and her sister Patricia Kirkley. She is survived by her loving husband: William Eugene Smith; her sons: Patrick Eugene Smith and Phillip Wade Smith (Jessica); 10 grandchildren and her sisters Linda Day, Sue Shinn and Lynne Gilkerson.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Ridout’s Valley Chapel from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. The Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Ridout’s Valley Chapel with burial following at Forest Crest Cemetery.
