Gene was preceded in death by his wife Regina Smith; 2 sons Allen Smith and Richard Smith; his sister Carolyn Buse and his brother: David Smith. He is survived by his sons: Patrick Eugene Smith and Phillip Wade Smith (Jessica); 10 grandchildren and his sister Sandra Motes.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Ridout’s Valley Chapel from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Ridout’s Valley Chapel with burial following at Forest Crest Cemetery.
