Barbara Geraldine Peruche

Barbara Geraldine Peruche, 80, of Tallahassee, Florida and formerly a longtime resident of Citrus County, Florida, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2019. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Barbara was born April 4, 1939 and was a retired house mom for the Key Training Center in Crystal River, Florida. She moved to Tallahassee two years ago from Citrus County, where she had lived for 35 years. Barbara was a former member of First Baptist Church of Crystal River and is survived by four children: Robert Peruche (wife Leslie), St. Petersburg, Florida; Frederick Peruche (wife Jackie), Arizona; Rick Peruche (wife Cheryl), Homosassa, Florida and Thomas Peruche (wife Michelle), Tallahassee, Florida; former husband Robert Peruche (wife Denise), Inverness, Florida; brother Edward Hadley, Florida; grandchildren Brittany Close (husband Jamie), Kyle Peruche (wife Jena), Cortney Peruche, Joseph Peruche, Chelsea Bryant (husband Matt), Aimee Peruche, Shaun Peruche, (wife Katlynn), Tia Peruche and Braydan Peruche and nine great grandchildren. Friends will be received at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa, Florida on Fri., Jan. 3, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M., where a funeral service of remembrance will be held at 1:00 P.M.
